It is 8:23 am, CST. I have done yoga, had a healthy breakfast (whole grain waffle with blueberries and honey, cottage cheese, green tea, and lots of water), got Whimzy in the bathtub and started cleaning her room.
I am bound and determined to work on my weight. I think it will help with my energy levels and depression.
It is an excellent start to a new week! Lots of fun stuff planned!
