Take Some Credit

Week 3 of work and I haven’t had any major issues with my depression or anxiety. Can we please say silent “Thank you” to the universe for that.

That being said, I am trying to give myself some credit for stepping up my game a bit.  I’ve been working, doing the domestic thing, and even going out on weekends.  It sometimes takes a lot of energy for me to be out or productive, so I am always super proud of myself when I get things done or I go a while without having any issues.

What have you done lately that you are proud of? Even if it is just getting out of bed, give yourself credit.   Whether it is battling your demons, or the fact that you stayed up too late Netflix bingeing and are exhausted, take credit for what you did today!
