Yesterday and today I have felt unusually good. It has been consistent and not overwhelming.
I wonder if this is how it feels to be healthy mentally.
Also, I just set up a game night with some ladies from one of my therapy groups. I figured that I should reach out when I am in a good mood as well as when I am down.
I am trying to enjoy this and not overthink it, but I want to know what I am doing right so I can continue doing it. lol.
